Unlike some other attorneys you may speak with, John is very straight forward, sticking to the facts, and will tell you the realities of a case whether they are good or bad. Throughout my time working with him, he kept me from getting tied up with all the what ifs and theoretical outcomes, sticking to the facts we had in front of us. It is obvious he makes decisions based on his client's best interest and is very knowledgeable.I also really appreciated that he did not "nickel and dime" me for questions or quick chats on the phone. He was always extremely responsive to texts, phone calls and emails, usually responding immediately. Divorce is never easy. I never thought I’d have to go through a divorce but there I was. I contacted several firms to handle my case, but none seemed to feel right. I see people complaining about his communication style. His bluntness was helpful in navigating the emotional turbulence of divorce. Allowed to understand when I should compromise and when I should fight. I kept my house, my car, and am only paying Alimony for 8 months.
